This past week felt distinctly wintery - we dodged some of the poor weather in the Queyras and bagged Punta Udine and Monte Viso. Mike and I were the only people in the huts and the only people on the mountains. It felt quite adventurous compared to busy Chamonix! I'm looking forward to the winter, especially the Mountain Tracks trips to Japan and Georgia - hope to see you there!
