Nick Parks
Nick founded Mountain Tracks in 2000. He is a member of British Mountain Guides (BMG) and has been a full IFMGA Alpine Mountain Guide since 1987.
He has been leading mountain expeditions on skis and on foot for almost 20 years and he has journeyed with clients to some of the most remote corners of the globe.
He started skiing in 1971 and his ski background includes racing as a junior and ski instructing in Scotland before settling into off-piste and back-country guiding. Today he is equally at home on alpine and telemark skis and is the only British Mountain Guide running off-piste Telemark programmes. During the 1990s, Nick was Director of Outdoor Education at Marlborough College.
Nick's vision for Mountain Tracks is to share with his clients his passion for the mountains and to help them enjoy the exhilaration and excitement of mountain adventure.
