Want to know how to ski off piste? Off Piste Performance is a collection of scheduled ski holidays with qualified ski instructors and mountain guides which will elevate your off piste skiing to the next level. We offer two levels: Introductory and Plus. The courses cover safety in the mountains and avalanche awareness, techniques for skiing crud, powder, hard packed and spring snow and the equipment available to the off piste skier, with Introductory level concentrating on the basics and Plus courses expanding on more complex techniques.

The Vallée Blanche in Chamonix is the most famous off piste ski descent in the world and for good reason. It is 22km long and has a vertical descent of over 2700m. The descent is entirely off-piste and travels through some of the most spectacular glacial scenery in Europe. Surrounding the glaciers are several 4000m metre peaks: Mont Blanc, Mont Blanc de Cheilon, Mont Maudit, Grandes Jorasses and Aiguille Vert.
